These My Sons & Me Cleaning  Gift Card Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply in addition to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy set forth on the website, which are expressly incorporated herein. For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, including the arbitration provision set forth below, the term “My Sons & Me Cleaning” shall be interpreted broadly encompass My Sons & Me Cleaning, LLC, and any of its predecessors, successors, assigns, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents.

IMPORTANT: THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAIN A MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION THAT, AS FURTHER SET FORTH BELOW, REQUIRES THE USE OF ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES.  THIS MEANS THAT YOU AND WALMART ARE EACH GIVING UP THE RIGHT TO SUE EACH OTHER IN COURT OR IN CLASS ACTIONS OF ANY KIND.  IN ARBITRATION, THERE IS NO JUDGE OR JURY AND THERE IS LESS DISCOVERY AND APPELLATE REVIEW THAN IN COURT.

Purchase Process:

You will be sent a PayPal Invoice to complete the payment. Once that is complete, you can forward this email to your recipient.

Nonreturnable; not for resale.
Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms and Conditions, our  eGift Cards (“My Sons & Me Gift Cards”) are not returnable or refundable for cash except in states where required by law. Resale of “My Sons & Me" Cards is strictly prohibited.

Liability.
The balance on any Gift Card is solely the liability of My Sons & Me Cleaning 

 

Lost or Stolen Gift Card.
Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. My Sons & Me Cleaning shall not  have liability to you for (i) lost or stolen My Sons & Me Cleaning Gift Cards or (ii) use of any My Sons & Me Cleaning Cards by third parties through your My Sons & Me Cleaning.com account. You are solely responsible for keeping the password for your Walmart.com account safe and for any activity conducted under your account.

Unique Code:​

The unique code is like a passcode used to verify the ownership of a gift card. The buyer/gifter must create unqiue code that must only be shared with the gift card recipient.

Expiration:

No gift cards do not expire

Redeeming Gift Cards:

Send us an email with the name of the person who purchased this gift card and the unique code. Let us know what service you would like to add your gift card balance on.

Gifting Gift Card Policy:

You are free to give the unique code to anyone. Once the balance is gone than the gift card is no longer valid. If the service exceeds the funds available, the customer can just pay the difference of what is remaining on the card. I want to make sure that the customer understand that I am not responsible if the code is shared with someone other than them. It's up to the customer to determine how many people they want to use the gift card

$200 is the minimum amount. There is no maximum
